First Time Buyers

• To qualify for the First-Time Home Buyer Program you must be a first time homeowner.
• The Program only applies to selected units and residences are limited.
• Program features a reduced contract deposit. The first is a contract deposit of 3%, followed by two installments of 1% for a total of 5%. Our required deposit for non 1st time buyers is 10%. The second is an offset on two years of HOA dues. For the homes included in this program this will reduce your HOA dues to between $250-$300 month for the first two years.

What is the process of buying a new home at Vue in the First-Time Home Buyer Program?

• Step 1: Register on our First-Time Buyer Interest List.

• Step 2: Pre-qualify with our preferred lenders.

• Step 3: Meet with a sales associate at the Vue Sales Center. After you qualify for the program, you will be contacted by one of our Sales Associates to make an appointment to come into the sales center. Due to the popularity of this program, an appointment is necessary.
